Allegis Group is the largest privately held talent firm in the world. Their companies include TEKsystems; Aerotek; Actalent; Aston Carter; Allegis Global Solutions; Major, Lindsey & Africa; Allegis Partners; MarketSource; and Getting Hired. Allegis needed an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that could be used across all of their properties.
I served as the Senior UX Designer alongside our UX Lead. Our team did extensive user research that led to the creation of personas, concept maps, wireframes, visual design and a pattern library to customize a Salesforce solution that would be implemented by internal development teams at Allegis.
